The nose shows an array of aromas including fig, tropical fruit and gooseberry. The palate is bright and succulent, with ripe melon, kiwi and capsicum flavours balanced by crisp acid. The finish is long and refreshing.

This wine is best enjoyed while dining al Fresco on local oysters or Franschhoek salmon trout.
