Grande Provence Sauvignon Blanc 2011

This is a medium bodied, well balanced white wine has loads of tropical fruit, guava, lime and ripe fig followed by touches of green pepper. These aromas follow through onto the palate in the form of rich fruit flavours, balanced by a zesty acidity. These two attributes then combine to deliver a fresh, lingering aftertaste.

This wine can be enjoyed on its own or with salads, chicken, fish and seafood dishes.
