Grande Provence Sauvignon Blanc 2010

This medium bodied white wine has ripe pineapples and granadilla, with undertones of cut grass, on the nose. These aromas follow through onto the palate in the form of rich fruit flavours, balanced by a zesty acidity. These two attributes then combine to deliver a lingering aftertaste.

This wine can be enjoyed on its own or with salads, chicken, fish and seafood dishes. It partners oysters and Franschhoek salmon trout particularly well!
