Straw coloured wine with lemony hue. The nose is complex with mixed aromas of very ripe orange, whiffs of smoke and melba toast. Limey crisp acidity cuts through the almonds and apricot flavours. Refreshing and elegant wine.
Serve this wine with roasted linefish, calamari or pesto-crusted chicken breasts.
