in the cellar : A blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Shiraz. Deep garnet red colour with a purple tinge. This wine has a nose of spices intermarried with the soft berry character of the Cabernet, blended in such a way that neither cultivar dominates. This ’new world’ style wine was aged in a majority of heavy toasted American oak barrels which add to the firm structure of this wine. Perfect with venison or game.
