The nose is expressive of lime, kiwi and pineapple fruit flavours. These zesty flavours follow through onto a crisp palate with subtle wood integration and a rich velvety long finish. This wine was matured in French oak for about 5 months.

This wine should be enjoyed with creamy seafood dishes, crayfish, roast pork and apple sauce.
