Weathered granite and clovelly from Paarl Mountain.

Vinification
Grapes were harvested at 23Â°B. Using wild yeast, they were then fermented down by 6Â°B. The juice was fortified to 17% alcohol/vol using brandy distilled from Pinotage. The product is, therefore, 100% Pinotage.
