Meinert Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

Brand new addition to the Meinert range. A refreshing, well balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with elegance, not heavy on the palate but appetising and an exciting mix of red berry, cherry, spicy toasty oak and even liquorice. Crisp, come-back-for-more finish.

Try with Tuscan style veal, wild boar with truffled potato mash and of course a well-aged piece of beef, but avoid rich sauces.
