Pecan Stream Sauvignon Blanc 2009

The Pecan Stream brand offers great value through a range from red to white. The wines have been styled to offer good fruit and balance with lingering finish - ideally suited to food.

Pecan Stream was first released in 1999 with a Chenin Blanc and a red blend. The range has been expanded to include a low alcohol blush wine named Rose-Mary and a Sauvignon Blanc.

Aromas of ripe gooseberries, tropical fruits and green asparagus, hints of fresh cut grass. Very crisp minerality and good finish to it; full mouth-feel.

Best served accompanying summer salads and light meat and fish dishes.
