Pecan Stream Sauvignon Blanc 2012

Due to the prolonged ripening period experienced in 2012 the wine delivers tropical fruit aromas of goose berry and fresh hay. The palate is equally rich and textured, balanced with a medium acidity to ensure it doesn’t finish tart.

Although  easy to enjoy on its own, the complexity of the wine lends itself to be paired with meals.
