Waterford Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

The white wines of Waterford Estate are single vineyard wines while the red wines are made and blended to reflect the terroir of the Estate. The Waterford label was launched in 1998 with a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay was added a year later. In 2004 the vineyards and property was registered as an estate and the labels were changed to Waterford Estate.

Rich, ripe Cabernet aromas, underscored by notes of cedar, leather and truffle. Soft violets on the nose. Ripe tannins reveal an elegant structure that is powerful, yet delicate. A refined and classic long, dry finish.

Enjoy alongside a rare grilled fillet of Karan beef and sauce béarnaise.
