Nose: Showing ripe, red fruits - prunes, raspberries and red cherries with a suggestion of baked bread.
Palate: Off-dry with full fruitcake flavours. Raspberry, shortcake and cherries follow through from the nose. Soft and velvety, with lots of body and a touch of residual sugar on the mid palate.
Lovely with Thai curries, Chinese Dim Sum and Roasted pepper & pecorino pasta.
