Goudini Blanc de Noir 2001

Pale coral colour with a candyfloss nose and a overall roundness. Semi-Sweet everyday drinking wine. Pale pink colour, with a fullmouth cherry character supported by a good acid, sugar balance and rounded with a sweet aftertaste. Attractive blush peach colour with a slight purplish hue. Waft of up-front grapey fruit and the estery notes. Boiled sweets and brilliant peach in a much more grown-up guise. A pretty semi-sweet with hints of cassis and mouthwatering red cherry flavours with nice touches of earthiness and spice. A meaty, fleshy wine with gorgeous silky mouthfeel and dryish finish. Serve with sushi or baked ham with apricots and will be the wine of choice for Parma ham and figs.
