Oak matured dry, red table wine.

BACKGROUND:
Harvested from vines planted on the slopes facing the Simonsberg Mountains. The site was specially chosen for Shiraz plantings as the soil is considered ideal for this cultivar. Well drained and water retentive soils consisting of decomposed granite and shale.
The name MERINDOL is taken from the Malan Coat of Arms.

12-15 months in 100% new American Oak
