The result is a wine that explodes in a riotous melange of white currants, fresh passion fruit and herbal aromas, similar to fresh basil, as well as rock melon and pink grapefruit. Hand picked and rushed to the cellar, all our fruit was safely in by mid-morning, guaranteeing that the exciting fruit flavours of the grape were preserved and reflected in this wine.
