An intensely structured wine, expressing the depth and classic power of Cabernet Sauvignon driven blends form 2007. The High level of Shiraz and Malbec adds density and softens to the wine, finishing with a typical dry and refreshing palate due to Cabernet franc and Sangiovese.

Decanted prior to consumption, a delicate tannin structure with enough body to handle almost any dish both white and red meats.
