in the vineyard : The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes came from the Damvak and Perdekamp vineyards situated at 180 metres above sea level and facing north. The vines are trellised.

about the harvest: The grapes were picked by hand at 22,5 Balling on 20 February.

in the cellar : In the cellar the juice received 8 days skin contact and fermented on the skins until dry. The average temperature during fermentation was 30° C. After malolactic fermentation the wine was matured in new casks of French oak for 24 months.
