Paradyskloof Pinot Noir 2011

This wine shows classic Pinot Noir aroma, rich stewed fruit with apricot, intermingled with bright raspberry and strawberries. The palate is a wonderful blend of bright fruit and earthy minerality with a hint of fresh acidity. A lingering aftertaste of rich forest floor and apricots slowly disappear with faint hints of strawberry right at the finish.

This wine should be enjoyed with meat like game or lamb or fish (tuna or salmon). It is best served at around 12° to 13° Celsius.
