Paradyskloof Pinot Noir 2015

Juicy, bright fruit with notes of raspberry and blueberry on the mid palate. Lingering flavours of apricot and strawberry gumdrops on the finish.

It should be enjoyed with mild cheeses, duck, venison and salmon. The wine is best served at around 12 to 13 degrees Celsius.
