about the harvest: The grapes were hadnpicked in the early hours from four premium wine regions: Olifantsrivier, Darling, Stellenbosch and Durbanville. This regional combination brings together these unique flavours in full harmony.

in the cellar : The grapes did not receive any skin contact and were gently pressed. Fermentation lasted 3 weeks at 14˚C. The wine was left on its primary lees for 6 weeks post fermentation and ann extra 6 months on the fine lees before bottling.
