This elegant Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of orange blossom, elder flower, tangerine and lime. On the palate, the flavours follow up on the nose with notes of tangerine, lime and hints of gun flint. The wine has a beautiful creamy texture and full mouth feel, a great acidity and lingering aftertaste.

in the cellar : Twenty-four hour skin contact before pressing extracts beautiful mineral and green tones from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After pressing, the wine was settled for 48 hours and the clean juice was transferred to fermentation tanks. The wine underwent a long cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation the wine was kept on the lees for 7 months before stabilisation and bottling in November 2013.
