Morgenhof Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 1999

This wine has a deep ruby red colour. This is a full bodied, complex wine with luscious fruit tannins well integrated with the wood flavour. The nose shows flavours of cassis, dark berries and cherry tobacco. The aftertaste is reminiscent of brumbelberries. This wine will go well with most red meat. Other suggestions include rich fish, chicken casseroles, pasta dishes and cheeses.
