Morgenhof Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

This wine has a deep dark inky red colour. This is a full bodied, complex wine with luscious fruit tannins, well integrated with the wood flavour. The nose shows flavours of violets, cassis, black cherries, spice with a touch of cigarbox. The aftertaste is reminiscent of brumbelberries.

This wine will go well with most red meat. Other suggestions include rich fish, chicken casseroles, pasta dishes and cheeses.
