in the vineyard : All the grapes come from our Franschhoek Estate.
in the cellar : Shiraz and Viognier Co Fermented and aged in 10% New French oak and balance in older barrels for 10 months.
Grenache aged in Stainless Steel and Old French oak barrels to respect fruit. This wine is very accessible early in its life with light oak and fine tannins.
