Purple flowers, violets and rose petals on the nose. The Mourvédre adds savoury notes with spice in the background. This wine is very accessible early in its life with light oak and fine tannins.

in the vineyard : All the grapes come from our Franschhoek Estate.

in the cellar : The Shiraz undergoes 10% whole bunch fermentation and is aged in 15% new French oak and balanced in older barrels for 10 months. The Grenache and Mourvèdre aged in old French oak barrels to respect the fruit.
