in the vineyard : All the grapes come from our Franschhoek Estate.

in the cellar : The Shiraz undergoes 10% whole bunch fermentation and is aged in 15% new French oak and balanced in older barrels for 10 months. The Grenache and Mourvèdre aged in old French oak barrels to respect the fruit.
