Hartenberg Shiraz 2022

Floral aromas with a dark, brooding edge lead into notes of blackberry, mulberry, sage and a touch of leather. The palate is medium-full, supported by well-developed tannins, with a fresh, juicy finish that carries the fruit confidently to the end.

Biltong and nutty cheddar make an easy, savoury match for the wine’s spice-driven character. Rare roast beef with a pepper sauce echoes the Shiraz’s natural peppery notes, while slow-cooked or barbecued beef short rib brings out its depth and richness.
