This is a full-bodied wine with blackberry/mulberry aromas and hints of vanilla. The maturation in oak barrels adds to the complexity and future development of this wine. Probably one of our best Cabernet Sauvignons in the last decade. Big surrounding on the middle palate and soft grape tannins.
ageing : The time spent in 100% new oak gives a good amount of soft oak tannins to give this wine a promising ageing potential. (7 – 15 years).
