in the cellar : This product pays tribute to the exceptional 2001 vintage on the estate. Dark, intense with an abundance of mulberry/blackberry fruit produced from healthy grapes. After fermentation and extended maturation on the skins, the wine was racked into French oak barrels to mature for 18 months before bottling.

Cellar Maturation: 18 months in 100% new 225L French oak barrels.
