A wine that has a deep colour with rich, blackberry aromas. Begining to show ageing qualities. The full, rich flavours of the wine, shows a mix of ripe berry fruit and sweet oak with soft tannins.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested in March at 23.5Âº Balling from specially selected Helderberg region vineyards.

in the cellar : Fermented cool 20-24Â°C with (2-3Â°B) selected imported yeast. Pressed before dryness to retain soft tannins.
