about the harvest: The grapes were harvested in March at 23.5Âº Balling, from specially selected Helderberg region vineyards.

in the cellar : Fermented cool 20-24Â°C with (2-3Â°B) selected imported yeast. Pressed before dryness to retain soft tannins.
