These grapes were harvested at 23.6º Balling between 13 and 15 February 2002.

in the cellar : Fermented in 228 litre Burgundy barrels, and thereafter left "sur lie" for 10 months before being racked and prepared for bottling. Approximately 40% went through malolactic fermentation.
