Harvested between 4 February and 6 February 2003 at 24.2Â° Balling.

in the cellar : 100% fermented and matured in small Burgundy barrels Coopers. Left on the lees with regular â€œbatonageâ€ and 50% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation. Blended and bottled in January 2004.
