Intense, deep red colour with crimson rim. Stuffed with vibrant plumy fruit, savoury/smoky whiffs, Rhne-like scrub/liquorice tang. Very well structured, complex Shiraz.

in the cellar : Fermented with WE 372, in open top fermenters with x4 hourly punch downs. Press juice separate, fined and returned to free run to complete malolactic fermentation in tank.
Barrel ageing: 15 Months in small French oak barrels 20% new.
