Made in a reductive style, which resulted in a grassy herbaceous wine, with ripe figs and sweet melon. A good concentration on the palate, with a long crisp finish.
Calamari tubes stuffed with herb rice and prawns. Tuna carpaccio drizzled with best olive oil and a touch of balsamic.
