Journalists' comments:
"...silky, seductive Shiraz set to be tops this winter." - The Argus

"...deep purple, aniseed whiffs amid the peppery, ripe plums. Elegant mouthfeel." - Good Taste

"...this Shiraz tastes better than good classical music." - Classic FM
in the vineyard : A very demanding vintage due to late rains; nonetheless, the late picking positively affected concentration. Eight year old vines, yield 8 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : Only the best quality grapes were selected and fermented in open-top fermenters, being punched down manually. Gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation and maturation in barrels for eight months produced a well-integrated, complex Shiraz.
