about the harvest: The grapes were harvested early in February at 26Â° Balling.

in the cellar : Fermented on skins until enough flavour and colour were extracted to obtain more complexity and integration, malolactic fermentation was completed on chips. After extended contact wine was racked, filtered and bottled.
