Nose: Strawberry with a hint of floral .
Palate: Medium to light bodied, good flavour, soft and fruity with hints of strawberry .
This wine displays sweet plums, ripe strawberries and a touch of spice. On the palate it is medium to light-bodied with strawberry and plum flavours. It is a very approachable wine.

Enjoy with a range of foods from pizza and pasta to fish, shellfish, poultry and cream-based dishes and cheeses.

in the vineyard : The grapes were selected from vineyards in the Coastal Region. Drostdy-Hof RosÃ© is made from a blend of Cabernet sauvignon, Pinotage and Pinot Noir grapes.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at between 22Â° and 23Â° Balling during February and March.

in the cellar : All the vineyard blocks were individually vinified. The juice was fermented on the skins at 14Â°C for 12 hours, then drawn off the skins and fermented dry to ensure prominent fruitiness.
