in the vineyard : Drostdy-Hof RosÃ© is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage and Pinot Noir grapes selected from vineyards in the coastal region

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 22-23Â° Balling during February and March.

in the cellar : All the vineyard blocks were individually vinified. The juice was fermented on the skins at 14Â°C for 12 hours, then drawn off the skins and fermented dry to ensure prominent fruitiness.
