in the vineyard :

Vineyards from four unique areas of which two are ocean influenced and two are more inland. Soils vary from red hutton soils, deep gravel and alluvial layered soil.

in the cellar :

Hand picked at optimum ripeness and fermented in varying methods of punch down, submerged cap and aerated pump overs until dry. After going into press, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and is matured in 80% American Oak & 20% French Oak for 13 months.
