in the vineyard : Vineyards from four unique areas of which two are ocean influenced and two are more inland. Soils vary from red hutton soils, deep gravel and alluvial layered soil.

about the harvest: Hand-picked at optimum ripeness.

in the cellar : Fermented in varying methods of punch down, submerged cap and aerated pump overs until dry. Then pressed. Malolactic fermentation completed in stainless steel and matured in 80% American Oak and 20% French Oak for 13 months.
