Graham Beck Shiraz 2008

Ripe mulberry, black berry fruits and hints of white pepper on the nose with layers of ripe berry fruit and sweet spiciness on the palate. Big structured wine with juicy mid palate and ripe but firm tannins on the finish.

This wine can be enjoyed with rich casseroles or hearty stews.

in the cellar : The grapes were fermented in varying methods of punch down, submerged cap and aerated pump overs for optimum structure and complexity. Barrel matured in 1st – 3rd fill barrels for 13 months. (70% French and 30% American oak)
