Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon 1999

The 1999 Paarl Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied red wine with good, soft tannins. It has intense fruit flavours with sweet, ripe berries on the nose and a delicate tobacco bouquet. On the palate it is well-structured with a good balance between the fruit and the wood character and it has a long, firm finish. Enjoy Nederburg Paarl Cabernet Sauvignon with roast beef, pork ribs, venison, steak and kidney pie, steak or matured cheeses.
