The 2016 La Petite Ferme Sauvignon Blanc grapes from our higher vineyards lends fresh and clean mineral notes of lime and citrus which is also complemented by the nouvelle. The lower vineyard grapes shows more tropical fruit like pineapple and litchi which makes this a perfect summer wine.

about the harvest:

The grapes are from different sites, picked separately and at different sugar levels to highlight the differences in our terroir. The Nouvelle was picked early to add to the freshness and citrus.
