Deep plum colour with bright crimson rim. Whiffs of coffee, chocolate, confectioned fruit and pepper aroma, with a touch of smokiness. Resulting in a soft full bodied taste with a long finish.

in the cellar : Grapes were fermented dry on the skins separately and there after aged in small French oak barrels, matured for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd fill barrels and then blended.
