A blend of Nobel varietals, Merlot 60% and 40% Shiraz. Deep plum colour with delicious cocoa/coffee bouquet with inviting black cherry as well as a combination of smoked bacon kips and pepper aromas. The wine is prepared in a medium to full bodied style and the blending has been done after maturation.
