A blend of noble varietals, Merlot 60% snd 40% Shiraz. Deep plum colour with delicious cocoa/coffee bouquet with inviting black cherry as well as a combination of smoked bacon kips and pepper aromas. The wine is prepared in a medium to full bodied style and the blending has been done afer maturation.
Serving suggestions: Oxtail potjie, lamb knuckles with garlic and lentils, leg of venison studded with bacon.
