The blend was made from a backbone of Shiraz 71% and Merlot 29%. The wine is a fine example of the superb blending capacity of these varieties. The wood maturation and cultivar aromas (black currant and spice) endow this wine with an elegant flavour on the palate. Uncomplicated and early drinking. Shiraz and Merlot were both picked in the first week of March.
