Dark red on the “inside”, with a vibrant edge. Dark plum on the nose, followed by some savoury tones. Subtle spices, including some white pepper. A distinct touch of minerality, and very soft notes of vanilla/chocolate. Smooth entry, good balance between tannins, fruit and acid. Some vanilla pod tones, followed by dark plum and subtle spices. Lingering aftertaste of fresh plum and berries, and vanilla/milk chocolate that lingers.
