ageing : 3-5 years

in the vineyard : Originating from the Paardeberg area the vineyards are Dry land and Bushvine vineyards. The vines are all above 15 years old and deliver a low yield. All these aspects produce grapes that have a very intense structure.

in the cellar : Ageing took place in French oak vats for 12 months. This gives more intensity adds a completeness to the wine. The wine will reach its peak in 3-5 years but it is already palatable.
